Methods Of Payment

Halo Collar accepts the following methods of payment:

  • Master Card®
  • American Express®
  • Discover® Card
  • Apple Pay
  • Chrome Pay
  *Network branded cards, including prepaid and reloadable, cannot be accepted as forms of payment.  At this time we cannot accept CODs, checks or money orders for online purchases.

Credit Card Security

Every step of the Halo Collar online ordering process that involves credit card information employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL renders information unreadable should anyone attempt to intercept it.  We use Stripe payments for order processing. How Do I Change Or Cancel An Order?

Please go to our billing dashboard to access your order information and send our support team a message about changes to your order. For more information on our returns, please check our return policy.

Track An Order/Delivery

You will receive a shipment confirmation once your order leaves our facilities. This email will include a delivery tracking number. Please note that if you ordered multiple collars, some orders may arrive in separate packages. You will receive an email for each package shipped to you.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation shortly after your order has been placed. Please check your spam folders if you do not receive a confirmation email within a few hours of placing your order.  If you have questions about your order, please go to our billing dashboard. The order confirmation is not a shipping confirmation. A separate shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order leaves our facilities.  The shipping time for your Halo will be indicated before you order www.halocollar.com/shop-halo when you select a size/color combo, as well as in your order confirmation email after you place your order.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged to orders in multiple states.  Tax will be calculated at the time of check out and will be included in your order summary. 

Order Status and Order History

To contact us about your order, please visit our billing dashboard and enter the email address used and the last 4 digits of the credit card used to place the order.  Once you have done this and your email address is confirmed, you will receive an email allowing you to log-in and view your order information and/or submit a request for further information. 

Shipping

Track An Order/Delivery

To track delivery of your Halo Collar order, please refer to the tracking number sent in the shipment confirmation email that was sent to you when your items left our facilities.

Shipment Confirmation For All Orders

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your purchase has left our facilities. The shipping confirmation email will include delivery tracking information.

When Will My Package Ship?

Your Halo Collar will typically ship 1-2 weeks after your order is placed - however, it will often ship within a few days.  You will receive an email the day the collar ships. If you missed which batch your order was in and you're eager to know when your collar will ship, you can reach out to us and we'll get back to you with your batch information as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Price

New Halo Collar kits are shipped for a total of $19.99.  Accessories are shipped for $9.99.  If you order both a Halo kit and accessories, shipping will be $19.99.
